Dyslexia, ADHD & Dyspraxia Assessments in West Bridgford

I provide private dyslexia, ADHD and dyspraxia assessments for families and adults in West Bridgford — online, which most clients prefer, or face-to-face just a short drive away.

Many West Bridgford families come to me when a child is struggling at school despite clearly being bright, or when a school screening has flagged a concern but stopped short of a diagnosis. I also assess adults and students living locally who need formal evidence for work or university.

Who I assess: children from age 6 for dyslexia, and adults for dyslexia, ADHD and dyspraxia. My ADHD assessment is educational — it identifies how ADHD affects learning and work and provides evidence for DSA, workplace adjustments and a medical referral, but it is not a medical diagnosis.

Serving West Bridgford

  • Dyslexia assessments for Rushcliffe schoolchildren (from age 6)
  • Full diagnostic reports, not just screenings
  • Online by default, face-to-face easily arranged
  • Children, students and adults

Online or face-to-face?

I’m based nearby in Nottinghamshire. Most clients choose an online assessment via Zoom, which is just as thorough as meeting in person — but because I’m local, face-to-face is easy to arrange too. For younger children (up to around age 9) I usually recommend face-to-face, as two hours online is a lot for a young child to concentrate through.

Why choose Identify Potential

  • One assessor, start to finish — you work directly with me, not an admin team or a rotating panel.
  • Reports in 2–3 weeks, not the four to eight weeks many providers quote.
  • Fair, transparent pricing — the same SASC standards as larger providers, at around half the price, with no hidden extras.
  • Genuinely useful reports — written to empower you, with practical recommendations for school, study and work.
  • Properly qualified — AMBDA, a current BDA Assessment Practising Certificate, PATOSS and Dyslexia Guild membership, QTS, the SENDCO National Award and an Enhanced DBS.

How it works
